The Powerstroke CordOver the last few weeks, we've been looking at developing the surf fitness and exercise section of the site. We've been lucky enough to team up with Lee Stanbury, a surfing fitness guru . (You can find out more about Lee here. It was Lee who put us onto the Powerstroke Cord).     I am turning 50 coming March 2013.. One of the things on my bucket list is to Surf. I used to be in great physical shape in my younger days and quite athletic. Due to aging, 5 knee surgerys, 2 children and life...I no longer am and feel discouraged most of the time. A friend of mine who is 60 took me and let me watch...really watch....next thing I knew I was in the water and really found that passion again. I know what it takes to be in shape but it truly is different now. This information has given me a "guide" to freedom. Thank you!!

    I read the information given above and I want to tell that I also love surfing but in my starting I was scared to do that and the reason behind this is that I was not a slim fit person, I was very fatty.     This is so awesome! I've surfer once, but wasn't very good. I'm in bad shape physically, but I'm really looking forward to changing my body and health for the better. My bucket list is surfing on every continent in the world. Wish me luck!
